  • b. Session & Participation Information: Attendance records; training performance, assessments, and video recordings from sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information We use collected information to:

  • Manage and schedule sessions, including payments and registrations.

  • Provide elite mechanics coaching, feedback, and video analysis.

3. Video & Media Usage By participating in our sessions, you consent to the collection and use of your image, likeness, and performance for coaching, training, and marketing purposes, including social media, website content, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be filmed or have your content used, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing prior to participating in any session.

4. Information Sharing We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except:

  • To our service providers who assist in operating our Services, managing payments, or providing video storage and analysis.

8. Children’s Privacy Our Services are intended for youth hockey players under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
